AISURU is built on the belief that meaningful connections start with honesty, vulnerability, and respect. These guidelines exist to keep our community safe and welcoming for everyone. By creating an account, you agree to follow them.
1. Be Honest
- Use your real name and recent photos that accurately represent you
- Write your essays yourself — do not use AI tools to generate them on your behalf
- Be truthful about your age, location, and relationship intentions
- Do not create fake profiles or impersonate another person
2. Be Respectful
- Treat every person on the platform with dignity, regardless of whether you match
- Do not send harassing, threatening, or sexually explicit unsolicited messages
- Respect boundaries — if someone is not interested, accept it gracefully
- Do not discriminate against others based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected characteristic
3. Keep It Safe
- Never share another person's private information (photos, essays, messages) outside the platform without their explicit consent
- Do not request or share financial information, passwords, or other sensitive data
- Report any profiles or behavior that makes you feel unsafe
- If you plan to meet someone in person, choose a public place and tell a friend
4. No Harmful Content
- Do not upload content that is violent, hateful, illegal, or sexually explicit
- Do not promote self-harm, eating disorders, or dangerous activities
- Do not use AISURU to solicit, advertise, or sell products or services
- Do not spam other users with repetitive or unsolicited messages
5. No Scams or Deception
- Do not use AISURU to scam, defraud, or manipulate others
- Do not solicit money from other users under any circumstances
- Do not redirect users to external websites, apps, or services
6. One Person, One Account
- Each person may have only one AISURU account
- Do not create a new account if a previous one was suspended or banned
7. Reporting and Enforcement
If you encounter behavior that violates these guidelines, please report it immediately. You can report a user from their profile or contact us directly at safety@aisuru.dating.
We review every report and take appropriate action, which may include:
- Warning: A notice for minor or first-time violations
- Temporary suspension: Account access restricted for a period of time
- Permanent ban: Account removed with no option to return
- Legal action: In cases involving illegal activity, we will cooperate with law enforcement
All enforcement decisions are made at our discretion. We may act on reports, proactive monitoring, or AI-assisted content review.
8. Your Responsibility
AISURU facilitates introductions, but we cannot guarantee the behavior of any individual. You are responsible for your own safety and interactions. Exercise good judgment, and never feel pressured to share personal information or meet someone before you are ready.
9. Changes to These Guidelines
We may update these guidelines as our community grows. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notice. Continued use of AISURU after updates constitutes acceptance.
